We provide 30-days free after-sales service for all the orders.

Starting with the date of the signed off the order from the logistics company.

• In case of any products’ quality or damage issues, refund or free return will be supplied without any costs.

• In case of the order did not arrive not due to factors related to the customer, Refund or free return will be supplied without any costs. (For example of the factor related to the customer: the wrong shipping address was provided).

• If there is the item out of inventory before shipment, our system will automatically refund to your payment account. You can track your order progress from Order History.

Packages that cannot be delivered or lost due to the following reasons will not be covered by the free after-sales service. (And customers cannot get in touch via email, phone, social media)

2. The consignee phone is always unanswered

3. The customer requested that the package be left in the garage or outside the door without signing.
